Of late, on Friday mornings, I normally have to perk myself up and force myself to get ready for the yoga class. Not that I don't like it, but its more comfortable staying at home, tending to my garden, or just sitting on my bed with my laptop, as I am doing now. (There are tables, chairs, sofas....but...he he he)
But I seem to enjoy the class more, and earlier this week, or was it less than 48 hours ago, I wrote an entry on yoga. That alone is like a self affirmation. I was really looking forward to go this morning class. After completing my chores, took a good breakfast, and happily make my way there.
Upon reaching the destination....hey, where are all the cars? None of my friends' car were there!
Then it hit me, last week, I was informed there were no class today.....hahahaha!
p/s. Hope none of my yoga friends read this post. ;)

Salam ydiana,
Hmm...have you been eating ants lately? They're good for our eyesight, but they sure are bad for the memory, lol!
Oops! I did not read this entry ;)
Salam Shah
Ants...the one you've been feeding with Hershey's, Shah? Gross..!
The morale of the story...hehehe. Enthusiasm kills the pain, brings out good expectation, forgets the negatives, ie. cancelled class. hahaha
Hi YDiana, ini ada lecheh tu.. body Yoga fit, but memory belum lagi, ha ha.
How you can sit or lie on your bed and do stuff on your lap top beats me?
Comfortable ke?
Have a great weekend, Lee.
Hi Lee
Ha ha ha...Luckily it was nearby to my house. I'll tell you a secret. I'm actually an absent minded person, I suppose if things are not important enough, my mind choose to forget. Happens all the time, but luckily on non important things, and normally I get away with it. Still, its no excuse and I must improve before anything serious happens.
About the laptop on the bed, just placed the pillows on the headrest and wallah...
Hi YDiana, as my wife and I da la lepas Batu enam puluh, our memory pun da rosak or karat...so, what we do is the moment we think or want to do something later, we note down on those yellow sticky pads....thus dalam dapur, bedroom, dalam kereta, bathroom pun ad, complete with pencils ready too.
Otherwise susa la.
Ada sekali I dropped off my wife at a Mall and later went to wrong mall to pick her up, ha ha.
But its funny we tend to forget current things very fast but can remember old things.
Anyway, I brought with me 20 or more old diaries and notebooks, what I noted down since young days and working days...now bring it back thru my blog postings.
Fortunately I did not destroy them prior coming here.
You keep well and have a great week, Lee.
Hi Lee
Good point there. I did write in my 'handy' notebook for anything critically or realtively important, ones I cannot afford to forget. But miraculously, when you pen it down, you don't even need to raed it again to remember, most of the time. Just by writing it down enforces your memory.
Great job in keeping all your diaries...thus, all get to enjoy all your fun and romantic experiences, and maybe learn a thing or two from there. :)
