Oreo - Not the Biscuit!

Like I said, Oreo is not a biscuit. The colour doesn't even come close....except maybe the center cream. Maybe that's why his previous owner named him after. The cream in Oreo biscuit..haha!

Ok, Oreo is my other handsome hunk. I suspect he must be about 6-7 years now, and I will need Gattina to translate his cat years...haha! He is father to Minty! He was married to Candy, Minty's mother...but of course! Candy's colour is almost like Oreo biscuit...but that's another story.

Oroe has a sweet personality. He's so adorable, loves neck and head massages, and love to rub against your feet. But don't, I repeat, don't ever try to carry him! He'll scratch and he'll wriggle away to get down. He will fight against you to get down like his life depends on it. I really cannot explain why, as that was what the breeder told me when I got him. Our suspicions was, may he had experienced falling down before... Oh well!

Here's Oreo!!

Nice creamy coloured Oreo cat. Au's not keen on being picked up either. He'll let us but he prefers to sit on his own paws and be cuddled. But Target adores to be picked up.

Some cats don´t like to be carried around. Luzie love it and Olli tolerate it. Luna don´t love it.
She comes on my lap when she want it by herself..
Oh, Luna will be 32 in May.
And Luzie 40.

Oreo is a beauty! We have 3 cats currently and in a strange twist it is the first time we have not a single cat that loves to be held. Perhaps it was the errant 2 year old who lovingly held them by their necks. Sorry kitties.

Oreo is a beauty! What a lovely lovely color that I hardly ever see. His behavior when picked up is fine: animals that had accidents or were mistreated may never get over the trauma. Or they may many many years later! Good for you for your love and patience!

Hello Tricia

Yes, the kids sometimes gets over excited with cats. Well meaning, but some cats can get really flustered over it! They'll get over it. :)
